On Wednesday, in addition to the regularly scheduled nordic races, they also snuck Thursday's GS ski racing in a day early in anticipation of warmer temperatures (i.e. soft snow) and mixed precipitation.

GS results from WednesdayUVM's Kevin Drury

Denver U's Ida Dillingoen is women's giant slalom champion. UVM's Kate Ryley and Lyndee Janowiak are 4th and 7th. Courtney Hammond of Dartmouth is 10th.

Seppi Stiegler of Denver U. is men's giant slalom champion. UVM sophomore Kevin Drury takes 2nd (he's pictured here)! Robert Cone of Middlebury is 4th; Trevor Leafe of Dartmouth is 9th.

Nordic results from Wednesday

Sam Tarling of Dartmouth College is men's 10K freestyle NCAA skiing champion. Scott Patterson of UVM (a freshman!) in 7th. Nils Koons of Dartmouth 4th, Eric Packer of Dartmouth 5th.

Maria Graefnings of UUtah is NCAA women's 5K freestyle champion. UVM's Caitlin Patterson & Lucy Garrec finish 6th and 8th. Erika Flowers of Dartmouth 4th, Rosie Brennan of Dartmouth 5th, and Sophie Caldwell of Dartmouth 10th.

Scott and Caitlin Patterson of UVM are siblings.
