Even though she has reached the pinnacle of her sport, she's still got a competitive fire inside, she tells the newspaper in Steamboat, Colorado. The article offers a glimpse into what's on Kearney's mind after experiencing such a whirlwind since the Olympics.

Now the bump star is in Perisher, Australia, for a three-week camp with her teammates. She expects to return to Vermont after the camp.
