Which resorts are still open for spring skiing in Vermont?

Here we are approaching mid-April and the question becomes: Which ski resorts are still open in Vermont this weekend?Spring skiing in Vermont

Open this weekend:

  • Burke Mountain
  • Jay Peak
  • Killington
  • Mad River Glen
  • Mount Snow
  • Okemo
  • Smugglers' Notch
  • Stowe
  • Stratton
  • Sugarbush

Nordic ski centers (double-check on these before you go):

  • Blueberry Lake
  • Craftsbury
  • Hazen's Notch
  • Prospect Mountain
  • Rikert

Still a lot of choices! We're still considering where we will go on Saturday, which should be a very nice day to be outside!

For direct links to snow conditions reports, head to our Vermont Ski Resorts page. Remember, first thing in the morning the snow will tend to be frozen. The snow gets nicer to ski as the sun and warming temperatures loosen things up.

Enjoy!
