Yes, indeed. We are inching toward fall and you know what comes after that. It's the best season of them all: ski season!

Time to look at your gear and see what you and your family need to hit the slopes this winter in Vermont.

Sale is on Saturday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Consignment drop-off is Friday, 5 - 8 p.m., at the high school. 

October 2 - 4

Pico Ski Club Ski & Snowboard Swap and Sale
Pico Mountain Base Lodge, Mendon, Vermont
Sale is Friday from 5 - 9 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.; and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

October 9 - 11

Killington Ski & Snowboard Club Ski Swap
Ramshead Base Lodge, Killington
Sale is Friday, 5 - 9 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Consignment drop-off at Ramshead Base Lodge is October 3 - 8, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m; October 9, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.; and October 10, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Middlebury College Ski Patrol Winter Sports Sale
Crest Room in McCullough Student Center, Middlebury College, Middlebury, Vt.
Sale is Friday, 5 - 8 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
No consignments are accepted for this ski sale.

November 20 - 22

Okemo Ski and Snowboard Swap
Main Base Lodge, Okemo Mountain Resort
Sale is Friday from 4 - 7 p.m. (3 - 4 p.m. for a fee); Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Equipment drop-off is at Sitting Bull Restaurant, Main Base Lodge, Okemo Mountain — enter near First Aid Building — on November 14, 15 and 18 between 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

November 21 & 22

VTXC Ski Swap
Trapp Family Lodge Outdoor Center, Stowe, Vt.
Sale is Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

December 5

Northeast Slopes Ski Swap
Northeast Slopes Ski Area, East Corinth
Sale is Saturday from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the lodge.
Drop off donated ski gear in good working order on Friday. Leave items behind lodge if no one is available to receive them.
