Anyone out there ready for ski season? Psychologically I am ready. But if you are like me, you may be thinking about the ski and snowboard gear you want or need.

Ski swaps are one of your options when it comes to getting your hands on ski equipment for yourself or your family.

This is our annual round-up of ski swaps in Vermont! We’ll update this list as more information comes in. Pro tip: Bookmark this page for future reference.

September 30

SOUTH BURLINGTON HIGH SCHOOL SKI & BOARD SALE

SBHS gym, So. Burlington, Vermont
Sale is Saturday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
No consignments accepted.

October 6 - 8

KILLINGTON SKI & SNOWBOARD CLUB SKI SWAP

Ramshead Base Lodge, Killington, Vt.
Sale is Friday, 5 - 8 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.; and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Consignment drop-off at Ramshead Base Lodge is September 30 and October 1, 5, 6 and 7. Check their website for times and details.

October 7 - 8

SMUGGLERS' NOTCH SKI & SNOWBOARD CLUB SWAP

Tarrant Center, St. Michael's College, Colchester/Winooski
Swap is Saturday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Drop off gear for consignment on October 6 from 4:30 - 7 p.m.

October 15

WAITSFIELD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SKI & SKATE SALE

Mad River Glen ski area, Fayston, Vt.
Swap is Sunday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Buy a ticket to shop between 8 - 9 a.m.
Register gear online by October 10 to consign it.

October 20 - 22

PICO SKI CLUB’S SKI & SNOWBOARD SWAP AND SALE

Pico Mountain Base Lodge, Mendon, Vt.
Sale is Friday from 5 - 9 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.; and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Register your consignment gear in advance online by October 19. Then bring the gear to Pico during one of their drop-off times listed on their website.

October 22

CRAFTSBURY SKI CLUB NORDIC SKI SWAP

Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Craftsbury Common, Vt.
Swap is Sunday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Drop off consignment gear on October 20 from 4 - 6 p.m. and October 21 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

October 28

DEERFIELD VALLEY ROTARY WINTER SPORTS SALE

Sundance Base Lodge, Mount Snow, Dover, Vt.
Sale is Saturday from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Donate items for the sale on October 7 and 8, from 8 - 10 a.m., at Sundance Base Lodge.

October 29

MANSFIELD NORDIC SKI + GEAR SWAP

Community Center, Jericho Center, Vermont
Swap is Sunday from 12 - 5 p.m. (with the first hour for MNC members).
Drop off gear to sell on October 28 from 4 - 6 p.m. Register it online in advance.

November 4 - 5

COCHRAN’S SKI & RIDE SALE

Camel's Hump Middle School, Richmond, Vt.
Sale is Saturday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Register your consignment gear in advance online from October 23 through November 1.

November 10 - 11

CAMBRIDGE AREA ROTARY SKI, RIDE AND WINTER SPORTS SALE

Cambridge Community Center, 22 Old Main Street, Jeffersonville, Vermont
Sale is Friday from 7 - 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Consignment drop-off is at the CCC on November 10 from 4 - 7 p.m. Get forms and guidelines for consignment in CCC, library, town hall and elementary school. Go with paperwork filled out so you can “drop and go.”

November 17 - 19

OKEMO MOUNTAIN SCHOOL SKI SWAP

Round House, Jackson Gore Inn, Okemo Mountain Resort, Ludlow, Vt.
Sale is Friday 4 - 7 p.m. (3 - 4 p.m. early buy hour; $5 admission or free for Okemo employees); Saturday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Consignment drop-off is at the Round House on November 11, 12 and 15. Check their website for times and details.

December 2

NORTHEAST SLOPES SKI SWAP

Northeast Slopes ski area, East Corinth, Vt.
Sale is Saturday from 9 a.m to 1 p.m.
Donated gear in good condition can go in rope tow building behind the lodge on December 1.
