Now's the time to plan your attack on Vermont ski swaps. What gear are you going to unload? What gear do you want to buy?

Well I can't exactly help you with those questions, but at least I can keep you up to date on the fall 2009 Vermont ski swap calendar. I'm adding dates & details as they are made available. 

 

2009 Northern & Central Vermont Ski Swaps

September 26: <link http: www.mtsd-vt.org mes directions home.html external-link-new-window elementary>Milton Elementary School Ski Swap. Open from 9 - 4 p.m. Consignment drop-off is Friday night 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

September 25-27: <link http: www.picoskiclub.com swap_info.html ski>Pico Ski Club Swap. Open Friday 5-9 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Sunday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Pico Lodge. Consignment drop-off on Thursday and Friday.

October 3-4: <link http: www.csdvt.org mbs external-link-new-window high school ski>Colchester High School [PDF]. Open Saturday 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Equipment drop-off Friday 5-8 p.m.

October 3-4: <link http: www.vermontacademy.org podium external-link-new-window>Vermont Academy in Saxtons River. Open Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Chivers Center.

October 9-11: <link http: www.killington.com summer events calendar external-link-new-window ski>Killington Ski Club Annual Ski Sale at Snowshed Lodge. Open Friday 5-9 p.m.; Saturday 9-5; Sunday 9-4. Consignment drop-off is October 3 - 9.

October 10-11: <link http: snscvt.blogspot.com external-link-new-window ski>Smugglers' Notch Ski & Snowboard Club Sale. Open Saturday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Items to be sold on consignment can be dropped off Friday 4-8 p.m. Held at Champlain Valley Exposition, Essex Junction, Vt.

October 10-11: <link http: jaypeakskiclub.com external-link-new-window peak ski>Jay Peak Ski Club Ski Swap - first annual. Open Saturday 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Consignment drop off on Friday evening and Saturday morning. Held at Jay Peak Base Lodge.

October 24: <link http: www.montpelierrec.org external-link-new-window ski and skate>Montpelier Recreation Department ski swap, held at the Montpelier High School gym. Open from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Equipment drop-off is on Thursday and Friday.

November 7-8: <link http: www.cochranskiclub.org external-link-new-window ski>Cochran's Ski Swap at Camel's Hump Middle School in Richmond, Vermont. Open 8-4 Saturday; 10-2 Sunday. Consignment drop-off is Friday night 6-8:30 p.m.

November 14-15: <link http: www.wesskiskate.com external-link-new-window vermont ski>Waitsfield PTA Ski and Skate Sale at Waitsfield Elementary School. Open 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Equipment drop-off on Friday evening.

November 20-22: <link http: www.okemo.com okemowinter ourmountain events external-link-new-window ski>Okemo Mountain Annual Ski Swap and Sale. Held at Okemo's Main Base Lodge. Open Friday 3-7 p.m.; Saturday 9-5; Sunday 9-1. Drop off items for consignment on November 14, 15 and 18.

December 5-6: <link http: www.vita-learn.org ces external-link-new-window vermont ski>Cambridge Area Rotary Ski Swap at Cambridge Elementary in Jeffersonville, Vt. Open Saturday 8-5; Sunday 8-2. Friday consignment drop-off from 6 - 8 p.m.

January 9: Ski Swap at SkiRack in Burlington from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Consignment drop-off Jan. 4 - 8 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
