Vermont sees 4.5 million skier & rider visits in 2013/2014 season

Ski Vermont reported today a total of 4,503,269 skier and rider visits for the 2013/14 ski season, nearly identical to last year’s numbers. (Last season brought 4,513,041 skiers and rider visits.)

When it comes to these numbers, Ski Vermont says the Green Mountain State ranks number one in the East and number three in the country. I'm guessing Colorado and Utah out-rank us. And I'm very much OK with that.

So after some tough weather times early in the season, it shaped up to be a great winter, don't you think?
