We’ve been clicking into our skis a few times a week lately. We especially like getting out on the snow before we work from home. It's such a great way to start the day.

Here in northern Vermont the snow has been slowly adding up — and any kind of skiing is fun right now whether it’s cross-country, backcountry or alpine skiing.

With so much of our time spent at home, it’s been essential to get into the woods to keep our sanity.

Check out photos of a couple of the interesting things that Mother Nature recently offered for our viewing pleasure. Yesterday's thick rime ice (or hoarfrost???) on tree branches, last weekend's "snowsnake," and last week’s windblown moose tracks.

Have a great weekend everyone!

TAKE NOTE!

So grateful for new snow! At higher elevations in northern Vermont, we've seen quite a bit of fluffy new snow in the last couple of days. Above 1600 feet or so there's often a decent, frozen base, as…
